Public debate on performance indicators for public services in Romania

The MatraBCD Project "Building Operational Capacity for a Decentralised Government in Romania", funded by the Dutch Government within the MATRA Program and coordinated by the Romanian Ministry of Administration and Interior presents the proposals for performance indicators and benchmarking systems for the 3 pilot public services: (1) drinkable water supply, (2) employment, and (3) social housing.

The questionnaire is dedicated to Romanian public administration, so there is no English version available. Nevertheless, you can consult the draft version of the three sectoral decentralisation strategies, that include the proposed performance indicators and benchmarking systems.
