4th Local Economic Development Forum, 7-8 April 2010 – Tbilisi (Georgia)

Within the WB funded project “TBILISI CITY DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT” (jointly implemented by IHS, IHS Romania, Rebel Group Advisory and One Architecture), Nicolae Taralunga (deputy team leader), Sorina Racoviceanu (marketing expert) and Mircea Tulea (finance expert) participated in April in the 4th Local Economic Development Forum. Two presentations were provided:

Marketing strategies for competitive cities (S. Racoviceanu)
Capital investment planning (M. Tulea)
