Cost - Benefit Analysis

In a competitive investment environment, the changes of urban structure generated by new capital investments require a careful investigation of the direct and indirect economic benefits of these investments. In 2008, IHS Romania SRL developed cost benefit analysis for projects that local administrations and NGOs submit to Regional Development Agencies to be financed through EU structural funds.

The Cost Benefit Analysis is part of the feasibility studies elaborated for the Fortified Churches in Transylvania, Oradea Citadel, and the underground passage connecting the city of Ploiesti with the European corridor TEN-IV. The feasibility studies were developed in partnership with S.C. Proiect Bihor SA Oradea, IHS Rotterdam and Concept Consulting Company SRL, Bucharest.
