Investment projects financed by EU Structural Funds

Within the contract “Strategy for economic, social, cultural and spatial development of Alba County during 2007-2013” between Alba County Council and IHS Romania, a training program on how to write projects financed through EU financial instruments, was held during 18-20 July. The participants, mainly civil servants from Alba County Council and local governments in the county have gained explanations on how to fill in a project application form, and information, method, and case studies regarding cost benefit analysis of investment projects, according to EU guide.
