Ensuring Quality in Training – A New Approach and Challenge for Training Institutions

On 19-20 September, Sorina Racoviceanu, Miruna Grigorescu and Nicolae Taralunga participated in the international conference organised by the National Institute for Administration on “Ensuring Quality in Training – A New Approach and Challenge for Training Institutions”.

Nicolae Taralunga had a presentation in the first section of the conference on the mission of the training organisations and the role of using performance indicators in accomplishing the mission.

Sorina Racoviceanu was the moderator of one of the two panel discussions in the second part of the conference, which had the topic “Administrative reform and training; The importance of training for public sector; Development of education quality management system”. The participants addressed issues related to the adaptability of the training programs during the public administration reform process, to the supply of new training products, to new methodologies and a well defined system of performance indicators.
