Project description:	Identify and evaluate the problems in the housing sector, as well as the EIB intervention possibilities in the field, in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe area, including all new member states from the region and the next wave of accession countries (Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia)
Description of IHS Romania SRL activities:	Identify the key data sources relating to the countries in question with respect to the role and geographical distribution of social housing Report on the current situation in each country for the planning, maintenance and renewal of the existing housing stock Analize the situation of the housing market, in particular the existence of public or private mortgage banks and the potential intermediaries between the EIB and small promoters
