Project description:	Develop a set of methodological tools and methods to support the urban regeneration in conservation areas; Develop a pilot study for the integrated urban regeneration project in the Berzei-Buzesti-Calea Victoriei area; Provide a scientific framework that constitutes the basis for an integrated urban regeneration project in the Berzei-Buzesti-Calea Victoriei area; Drawing a set of general principles which will constitute the basis for formulating public policy objectives for integrated urban regeneration operations in Romania.
