Project description:	The strategic scheme is part of Measure 6.6, SUCCESS Project, EU CIVITAS initiative, where the city of Ploiesti is a partner, together with La Rochelle and Preston. The objective of this measure refers to the development of a clean area, and represents the basis for the feasibility studies and technical projects, necessary to implement the scheme's ideas.
Description of IHS Romania SRL activities:	Assist the Municipality of Ploiesti to create a debate on traffic reduction and on pedestrian support, in safe conditions, in the inner city Formulate directions to action planning, designing and area management, giving recommendations on land use, and traffic regulations for vehicles, pedestrians and bicycles
