Develop urban regulations for the areas of “Cultural route Victoriei Road” and “Cultural route Episcopiei str, Pictor A. Verona str, Gradina Icoanei”, with the goal to implement one of the strategic development objectives of Bucharest Municipality, that of stressing the identity of the Capital according to its aim to become an European metropolis

Description of IHS Romania SRL activities:
  • Develop the audit of the study area, including the reference framework for Bucharest city development, as well as an analysis of the urban products of the area, according to the demand of different target groups
  • Propose a concept for every cultural route, as well as a development policies package, considering the products categories identified in the analysis stage
